Project Manager, Security Technology
Michael Oradan has over 10 years of experience in physical security systems, with a background spanning hands-on field work, system design, and construction-focused project management.
At BGI, Michael manages security projects from early planning through construction, testing, and closeout. For the past 4 years, he has supported clients across higher education campus environments and corporate facilities with the design and coordination of access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems. He works closely with project teams and integrators to translate complex security requirements into clear, buildable solutions that align with design intent and real-world conditions.
Before joining BGI, Michael worked in low-voltage and electrical project management, where he led installations and coordinated directly with contractors, engineers, and end users across educational and healthcare environments. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of construction workflows, installation sequencing, and an on-site problem-solving perspective that continues to inform his approach to security system design and delivery.
Michael is known for his steady, detail-oriented approach and his ability to bridge client expectations, design documentation, and field execution. His multi-industry project management experience helps ensure security systems are delivered efficiently, perform as intended, and are positioned for long-term operational success.
