As Senior Manager of the Security Technology team, Jesse oversees all project managers, engineers, and support staff who deploy, maintain, and optimize security systems for BGI’s clients. Jesse continues to help organizations protect life, property and reputation through the use of technology, physical design, and architecture to turn a vulnerable environment into a secure and safe workplace.

In this role, Jesse gained his reputation of delivering excellence, leading high performance teams, and managing complex, large-scale security projects.
Prior to joining BGI, Jesse helped a major Los Angeles hospital launch Lenel Access Control/IP video and access control badging to thousands of personnel from the ground up. Later, he managed an aggressive multi-campus expansion initiative that included 2,500 occupancy dorms, mixed use retail, and research, performing arts and medical spaces for one of the leading private universities in the nation. Later, Jesse oversaw the design and delivery of over $15 million in physical security and life safety devices on over 80 acres of space for a new campus facility that would serve the largest software company in the world.
